Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You get a full 14-day trial with access to all Growth plan features — no card required. We only ask for payment when you decide to upgrade.
How does the custom domain work?
Add a CNAME record pointing to cname.launchlog.io at your DNS provider. LaunchLog detects the change and provisions SSL automatically within 5–30 minutes.
Can I migrate from Canny or Headway?
Yes. We support CSV import for your changelog posts and roadmap items. Most migrations take under an hour. Our support team can help if needed.
What happens when I hit subscriber limits?
We'll email you when you're at 80% and again at 100% of your plan's limit. New subscribers are paused — not lost — until you upgrade. No data is deleted.
Is LaunchLog visible on my users' page?
On Growth and Pro plans with a custom domain, LaunchLog is completely invisible. Your users only see your brand. Starter plan shows a small 'Powered by LaunchLog' footer link.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel from your dashboard in one click. You keep access until your billing period ends. No lock-ins or cancellation fees.
