Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using LaunchLog.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LaunchLog ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
LaunchLog is a SaaS platform that provides changelog management, public roadmap hosting, feature request collection, and subscriber notification tools for software teams and indie developers.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: upload or distribute malware or malicious code; violate any applicable laws or regulations; infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others; send spam or unsolicited communications; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
5. Content Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and publish through the Service. By using LaunchLog, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.
6. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. If you downgrade your plan, the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through the dashboard settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LaunchLog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
